Issue with RelatedPerson Reference Search

RelatedPerson testcase is skipping, we have made sure the Reference for the RelatedPerson is present in the coverage resource and Provenance resource. All our testing are passing. Please find below the screenshot. Also below the screenshot what we see in our coverage resource(just the reference part). Any help or pointer is appritiated.

Please include a read-only link to your test session using the "share session" button in the top right of the Inferno UI so that the Inferno team can help diagnose the issue. Without the session, we're not able to evaluate what might be causing Inferno to miss flag those RelatedPerson resources.

The reason that Inferno does not find the RelatedPerson reference in Coverage.PolicyHolder is that the US Core 6.1.0 Coverage Profile does not constrain the profile on the policyHolder element, so Inferno is not looking in that field for examples of RelatedPerson resources that meet the US Core 6.1.0 RelatedPerson Profile. If the RelatedPerson reference appeared in the payor element instead, Inferno would evaluate the referenced RelatedPerson since there is an expectation that RelatedPerson resources in that element conform to the US Core 6.1.0 RelatedPerson Profile. As for Provenance, I couldn’t find the specific example that you referenced within your session, but I suspect that either that Provenance resource wasn’t ever fetched or the reference appeared in an element other than agent.who, which is the element that expects the US Core 6.1.0 RelatedPerson Profile.

The solution is to reference a RelatedPerson resource from one of the reference elements on which US Core has constrained the RelatedPerson profile. That should include the following elements:

• Coverage.payor
• DocumentReference.author
• Encounter.participant.individual
• MedicationDispense.performer.actor
• MedicationRequest.requester
• Observation.performer
• Provenance.agent.who
• QuestionnaireResponse.author
• ServiceRequest.requester
