Granular Scopes Test 1 displays if not uses an all access EHR Launch token

The token displayed if not used by tests in 9.14.1 Granular Scopes 1 is actually EHR launch with user scopes token . This is actually causing issues and these test cases may be running with elevated permissions :

If you want tests 9.14.1 to use user level scopes, update the scopes input to specify user scopes:

Note that you should use the same level scopes as was used to execute group 10 since Inferno will compare results in the granular scopes tests against the results of that group.
