Add the jemalloc_coarse_file and scalable_coarse_file tests
Add the jemalloc_coarse_file and scalable_coarse_file tests that test the coarse provider with upstream file provider and two pool managers: jemalloc and scalable pool. Signed-off-by: Lukasz Dorau <[email protected]>
