Automate retrieval of hugo executable for host platform #2
Description
Right now the code assumes you have latest hugo executable in the PATH.
It will be a great user experience if hugo could be retrieved automatically depending on the platform the user is running at this time.
Hugo makes releases available at GitHub in .zip formats (OSX, Windows) and .tar.gz for Linux:
