Log collection and storage system and centralized log viewing

Hello there! How do you work with logs? I didn't find any mention of this topic in the project. Is this an open question and there is no single answer?

How do you collect and view logs?

I found recommendations for logging in a k8s cluster loki and promtail. Is this a good way or is something else needed?

Loki is an option, promtail is deprecated. There's also Victoria Logs, and for shipping fluentbit, vector etc...

I'm currently using Victoria Logs with Fluent-bit
