Why we made these changes

The previous CLI documentation was split across multiple files, making it difficult for users to get a comprehensive overview of the available commands. This change centralizes the information, creating a single source of truth and improving the developer experience.

What changed?

• Consolidated the content from reference/cli/apps.mdx, reference/cli/auth.mdx, and reference/cli/browsers.mdx into the primary reference/cli.mdx file.
• Restructured the main cli.mdx page to logically group commands and improve readability.
