Description
When using WebRTC the view can appear to be lower quality. This happens due to a resize that is beyond the dimensions of the VM resolution. It does allow the screen to occupy more screen space and that may be the preference. This PR proposes an alternative tradeoff in case it is not the preferred behavior.
Instead of expanding further to increase screen usage this limits the maximum width to that of the VM when not in fullscreen mode. Fullscreen mode, as many applications do, continues to scale to the screen.
