style: 🎨 add "Projektets forløb i almen praksis" as text and icons (#13)

# Description 

This PR changes the section "Projektets forløb i almen praksis" to text
and icons instead of one collected jpg file. I've added an `icon` class
that sets the size of the icons. In addition, I've added alt texts to
the icons to make them accessible.
