When did the `onnxmltools.utils.float16_converter` removed?

I had installed the onnxmltools with modelopt, the version is 1.14.0, when use modelopt.onnx.autocast, it report No module named 'onnxmltools.utils.float1_converter'. I reviewed this project release notes, and did not find from which version thsi function removed. can any body provide some information so that I can rollback to a target version?
