Eventually we will need to define access control roles. Project administrators have decided that not all data should be publicly accessible. More thought needs to be put into this.
Neo4j provides fine-grained access control features. We could allow open access to a subset of the ontox database and restricted access to some of the data we have more painstakingly produced.
