Window aggregations

Hello Onyx team!

Exploring this again with the goal of having a powerful lamdba engine. I was wondering if Only windowing + aggregation functions are supported in this runtime.

They are, but there are some catches that we should document in the README.

1. Watermark support is not implemented for aggregations and triggers.
2. I’m drawing a blank on the rest. I will list them as I think of them.
