Include adapters for more recent analysis frameworks

Since the original implementation of JCG, some new frameworks have surfaced, notably including SootUp (https://github.com/soot-oss/SootUp) and Tai-e (https://github.com/pascal-lab/Tai-e) that should be included.

SootUp and Seneca were added in https://github.com/opalj/JCG/tree/feature/new-frameworks

You can use a newer WALA version (1.6.11) with minor changes to the current WalaJCGAdapter.scala (based on that same branch I linked to, specifically this commit):

1. change
   import com.ibm.wala.util.config.AnalysisScopeReader
   to
   import com.ibm.wala.core.util.config.AnalysisScopeReader

2. change
   val scope = AnalysisScopeReader.makeJavaBinaryAnalysisScope(cp, ex)
   to
   val scope = AnalysisScopeReader.instance.makeJavaBinaryAnalysisScope(cp, ex)

Thank you for your input. As far as I remember, upgrading WALA is not really possible without breaking the Seneca support.
