User Counter in Role module bug #550
Description
The User Counter in the Role module does not reflect user deletions or changing a role for a user.
Examples:
I had 2 users created with the medical records role: medrec1 and test. The Medical Records role showed the correct user count of 2.
I deleted user test and the count remained at 2.
I also changed the role of the Demo Admin user to the Demo Administrator role, and the count for the System Administrator role did not reflect the removal in its count.
