Fix I2C error

Every time we upload new code, the device throws I2C errors forever

[ 34571][E][Wire.cpp:513] requestFrom(): i2cRead returned Error -1

[opatiny]

Tried to debug and error is not:

• in the init of the sensors
• in the sensors.read

It seems to be more related to the wire task itself than to the distance sensors.
