feat: branding update for OCM (#85)

#### What this PR does / why we need it

Complete branding revisit that also slightly touches up the OCM logo to
no longer have a gradient in its shadow. I have only included svgs
because it is trivial to get a PNG / JPEG from a vector shape drawing in
RGB/CMYK
