At the moment, the component responsible in the Dashboard is displayed using the responsible endpoint of the delivery-service. The issue replicator is using the responsible extension to retrieve this information. Because of this, there can be different responsible people in the issue and on the dashboard. It has to be ensured, the same mechanism to retrieve those responsible is used everywhere in ODG to get consistent information.
