Make LIVES Best Practices guide open #1
Description
It would be great if materials being developed to help governments publish LIVES data - like a best practices guide - were made public and added to this repo. Looks like email sign up is required currently in order to get this.
This is the kind of material that could help lots of governments, not just the customers of any one vendor.
