The point is the template is NOT used... in 90% (or more) the template is submitted as-is, without filling it out.

From today, one of the last PRs created: #407
Empty template.

I got your point. @jangorecki1 do see any usefulness in having the template or can we just disable that? If that is useful, let discuss how to improve it in a way people starting using that the way we expect.
