[BUG-NOK] Open Edge Orchestrator- Agent failing due to change in date format

Bug Description

we have a new onlogic box set for onboarding but occurred a agent failure (hardware-discovery-agent.service ), where our old onlogic and other devices has thier BIOS release date in this format MM/DD/YYYY. but our new onlogic's release date is in YYYY/MM/DD.

System Setup

Open Edge Orchestrator 3.1.3

Reproducible Steps

registering device and onboarding the device. see if it fails at 10/11 components while its downloading the agents the issue occurs when the agent tries to fetch the release date in a particular format but its different as expected.

I found that the date pattern is set here:

Would an update to the regex that allows it to validate either YYYY-DD-MM or MM/DD/YYYY work?
