Feature Description
During Orchestrator upgrades the UI(web-ui) becomes inaccessible to the end user with the display of following error
Alternatively it will be informative to the end user to indicate that the system is currently in upgrade. It can also be mentioned about the maintenance window / present maintenance mode.
Solution Description
Need to inform the end user in the UI(web-ui) about the ongoing upgrade / maintenance.
