Seed the DB with an instance segmentation project #4992
Description
Geti Tune CLI has a command seed to populate the database with a demo project (object detection), for development purposes. The sample data includes a video (of playing cards) and a pre-trained SSD model that can detect them.
We'd like to extend the demo setup with one more project, of type instance segmentation. The model should be the trained using the most lightweight architecture, and the same video file.
