Update documentation once socket is updated

When the open issues/PRs are merged, go back to the documentation and update the visuals as well as the descriptions.

Highlight things like the reconnect loop, and also describe how the internals will work once that is finalized, including the fact that data will be continuously read and then dumped if acquisition is not running.
