Create dropdown menu for common scale / offset values #23
Description
Add a toggle button that can be used to manually enter scale/offset values, with the addition of a dropdown menu that can be used to automatically insert the correct values for a given piece of hardware. If the dropdown menu is used, lock down the scale/offset fields so that they cannot be manually changed without toggling the button to minimize the possibility of entering the wrong values.
