Allow users to apply a spatial transform matrix to ts4231 data in the data operator

We could change or add another operator to accomplish this.

For example, we could have a TS4231V1NaivePositionData operator which operates like the current position data operator with P and Q properties. Then we could make another TS4231V1PositionData which pre-applies a linear transform before outputting data.
