Unable to switch electrode preset using OneBox plugin with NP2.0 in Open Ephys GUI 1.0

Hi everyone,

I'm a new user of Open Ephys and I am having trouble switching which electrodes are being recorded from my Neuropixels 2.0 (single shank) probe using the OneBox plugin.

Although I try switching different Banks (A, B, C, D) in the plugin, the actual recorded channels in the LFP Viewer appear unchanged — the signals look the same, regardless of the bank selection. I'm wondering if I’m missing a step to apply or confirm the bank switch? I tried to click on every "apply" button, but it doesn't change anything.
Here’s my current signal chain:
OneBox → Record Node → Common Average Referencing → Bandpass Filter → LFP Viewer

System details:
Probe: Neuropixels 2.0, single shank
Open Ephys GUI version: 1.0
OS: Windows 10.0.26100 Build 26100

Hi @Ispoas,

Can you run the Shift Register and I2C tests in the probe's settings interface in OneBox plugin? If one of those tests fail, it could explain why switching doesn't work. More information on the built-in self tests can be found in the plugin docs here.
