How should we refer to the flagd "binary"?

flagd is a feature-flag evaluation framework that comprises the flagd providers, flagd schemas, and the Go-source binary we refer to as "flagd".

We don't have a consistent way to refer to this binary (often deployed as a docker container). Let's use this poll to decide on a unified way to refer to it, and then document that.
