Flagd is not reconciled properly #785
Description
Flagd CRD is initially picked up by the operator and created successfully. But changes to for example a FeatureFlagSource is not picked up by the operator and the Flagd deployment will not update with the new source.
Additionally the operator does not seem to recreate the flagd deployment after deletion.
