chore: Remove Bucket and replace with Reflag (#1264)

## This PR
`Bucket.co` has rebranded into `Reflag.com`. The SDKs and repos have
been renamed. We have deprecated the old SDKs and encourage all users to
switch to the Reflag SDKs.

- Removed Bucket provider and icon,
- Added Reflag provider and icon,
