The time input field is wider compared to the old renderer #262
Description
The time component has a width tailored to the number of expected input chars - which is very limited. In the new renderer, it's displayed full-width.
The current situation is consistent, and I know there are wishes from Utrecht to be able to specify the width of fields to better convey the expected input data. So this can be treated as enhancement.
