[jak3] Blackout glitch attempting deathwarp after learn to drive #4121

This one is a bit inconsistent for me, but I think it happens if you press X right as the vehicle hits the water? This is after finishing the learn to drive mission, while the kleever race mission is still active. Normally when doing this you should respawn deeper into the desert, with the kleever race deactivated, but instead you respawn back in the garage
The game goes to blackout immediately instead of showing the vehicle in the water for a bit, and seems to never comes out of blackout properly. There's a weird green flash when you open the pause menu, and the blackout persists even when you quit to title screen, or load another file - new games will be partially obscured until you head back towards Spargus where the full blackout kicks in
Haven't been able to reproduce this on PCSX2, but it is kinda hit or miss on openGOAL too. Showed a few jak 3 runners and nobody seems to have encountered it on console
