Creating user issue

I create a user test25120401 in myPlanet producction and Beta tester but I create that offline, then I reconect that and sync in the same time, in beta test I ask to join in TestGT team. but the sistem create 2 join task.

for the first time when I sync for create the user we need validate if the user exists.
