Clicking Registration Freezes

Sorry put up another issue,

I am still working on making this app work on my local machine and setting up the user authentication when I hit any button like login or register. The app freezes and becomes unresponsive I presume its missing information and Debug is not printing anything to console.

edited update it worked, I removed my bootstrapped.css

Now I have this issue
