How to fix AuditEventHandler/SlackEventPublisher Error

Hello.
I'm tring OpenMeadata.But got some problems.
Do you have any advice to fix these problems?

Environment:
OS Linux Mint 20 (Ulyana)
Docker version 24.0.5, build ced0996
Docker Compose version v2.20.3
OpenMetadata 1.1.3(running with docker-compose up -d)

Problem 1:
I want get notice when Testsuite result is fail.So I configured Column Test(always fail),EMail setting(to GMail SMTP Server) and Alert setting(Trigger=Test Suite/Filters Test Results === Failed).
After Test suite finish, the following error log was recorded:

ERROR [2023-09-08 01:08:37,839] [ForkJoinPool-1-worker-41] o.o.s.e.AuditEventHandler - Failed to capture audit log for v1/dataQuality/testCases/LocalHostPostgreSQL12.testdb.stage.m_dmy_user.sex_type.test001/testCaseResult and method PUT due to class org.openmetadata.schema.type.ChangeEvent cannot be cast to class org.openmetadata.schema.EntityInterface (org.openmetadata.schema.type.ChangeEvent and org.openmetadata.schema.EntityInterface are in unnamed module of loader 'app')

Problem 2: Fixed!
I Configured Alert send to Slack When user Create or Update. I tried sending a successful token with and endpoint 'https://slack.com/api/chat.postMessage' curl and set it as the Slack notification secret, but the following error log was recorded:

ERROR [2023-09-08 00:48:42,039] [Thread-244] o.o.s.e.s.s.SlackEventPublisher - Failed to publish event org.openmetadata.schema.type.ChangeEvent@3ef20215[.....] to slack due to null

Sorry.
Problem 2 is fixed.I had to use the Slack app "Incomming WebHook".
