[1.6.5] python ingestion snowflake profile report 'jaraco.functools' not found error

When running the command
metadata profile -c xxx.yaml
on Linux, the following error occurs:
CheckAccess "The 'jaraco.functools' distribution was not found and is required by keyring"
error,
even though the jaraco.functools package is already installed.

openmetadata server version is 1.6.5
python openmetadata-ingestion version is 1.6.8.0
