Control access of team that not owner f an data assets

In OpenMetadata, how can I define a policy to control access for a team that is not the owner of an asset? Specifically, what are the best practices for defining the "Condition" in the Policy definition to manage access permissions for such teams? For example, I'd like to allow read-only access or restrict certain operations for teams that are collaborators but not owners. Are there any recommended patterns or examples for the condition syntax?
