DCNv2 from torch to tensorRT.

Hello, I'm searching for a quick method to access your DCNv2 version so that I can incorporate it into my own project without having to install everything from this repository. I've been facing numerous issues while attempting to do so. Currently, my workflow involves taking a model, converting it to ONNX format using PyTorch, and then utilizing the TensorRT Python API to generate an engine. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide with this.

I've successfully installed the entire package and am satisfied with its functionality at the moment.
