Running inference with SKD and Python on ARM cpu

Hi there,

I have built the MMDeploy library on my linux, but on the tutorial it simply says to use the binaries such as ./object_detection, but I was wondering how can do as I did on my x86_64 where I simply used the mmdeploy_runtime.

Any suggestions are welcoming :)
