How to quickly plot the LR scheduler curves?

I am new to mmengine. I want to know how I can plot the LR scheduler curves as shown in https://mmengine.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/param_scheduler.html using the existing LR scheduler classes?

I tried visualizing the curve in Tensorboard by using an existing training example, however, this requires a much longer time to obtain the curve. I wonder if there is a faster way to achieve this purpose?
