Why latest version mmocr depend on mmcv 2.0.1 ?

i installed mmcv from openmim, latest stable version is 2.1.0. but for latest mmocr 1.0.1,it depends on 2.0.1. and there is no release whl package in macOS, i waited for a long time to compile a olden,unstable version, and may not be compatible to other openmmlab package, i think that's too bad.

i just found, it uninstall my mmdet 3.2.0 and install mmdet 3.1.0......is that a series of tools ?
