Develop the new sponsor section on the homepage based on the approved design.

Requirements:

• Implement the “Help Us Make a Bigger Impact – Become a Sponsor” section as designed
• Ensure full responsiveness across screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Link the “Become a Sponsor” button to the Open Collective sponsorship page
• Apply consistent styling with the rest of the homepage
