Create CONTRIBUTING.md File

We need to create a CONTRIBUTING.md file for Open Nest to provide clear guidelines for contributors. This file should include information on how to contribute to the project, the coding standards to follow, and any other rules or practices that contributors should be aware of when submitting pull requests.

Tasks:

• Create a CONTRIBUTING.md file in the root directory.

Add sections for:

• How to fork the repo
• How to clone the repo
• How to create a branch for a new feature or bug fix
• Guidelines for commit messages
• How to submit a pull request
• Code style and standards
• Testing requirements (if any)
• Reporting bugs or issues
• Provide a clear structure for contributors to follow when submitting code.
