Extract QualityControlImage to a higher level to give the user the ability to set it when needed. #15
Description
Currently hard coded in OrthodonticPhotograph, QualityControlImage should be a user setting, as defined in DENT-OPI, which can be used anytime the staff, for example, takes silly pictures just to test that the system is working properly. Which actually is a relatively frequent use case.
