Should use XDG config directory instead of poluting home.

The pomodoro directory should probably be under `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME`  (falling back to `~/.config`) instead of polluting the home directory.

`~/.pomodoro` would be kept as a fallback.

This would make Open Pomodoro CLI more consistent with other Unix command line tools.
