Support pause/resume or toggle command

Even though pomodoros are supposed to be uninterrupted units of work, sometimes life happens.
Would you consider to add support for a pause/resume or toggle command so that a pomodoro doesn't need to be cancelled/finished early?

Good question,
I haven't put much brain into it, but here are some options:

• Abuse the history file. This could either:
  • Add a status: pomo/pause/break. This could also help track/visualize breaks.
  • if the previous is not wanted, due to mods to the format. Maybe just use a (configurable) tag ie.: pause. Maybe same idea for break?
