Failed to connect to test.openquantumsafe.org port 443 after 95 ms: Could not connect to server

Hi

I am new to quantum computing. I have been trying my hands on the tutorial https://developer.ibm.com/tutorials/awb-quantum-safe-openssl/
I have successfully reached end of tutorial. However when i try following command, i am unabke to connect to the test server.
$BUILD_DIR/bin/curl− vk https://test.openquantumsafe.org/CA.crt

It give me:
**Failed to connect to test.openquantumsafe.org port 443 after 95 ms: Could not connect to server

• closing connection #0
  curl: (7) Failed to connect to test.openquantumsafe.org port 443 after 95 ms: Could not connect to server**

Kindly help me!

Thank you for your prompt response. I was able to connect.
However I am not successful yet in the completion of the tutorial https://developer.ibm.com/tutorials/awb-quantum-safe-openssl/
I am not able to do the last step.
Can you help me if I am using correct openssl to build quantum safe.
Either this: https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/openssl.git
or as per the tutorial this: https://github.com/openssl/openssl.git

As of now I have tried many times using https://github.com/openssl/openssl.git link, but failed.

You should use https://github.com/openssl/openssl.git, either the main branch of the repository or one of their packaged releases. It looks like there are some typos in the last code box of the tutorial. @ajbozarth are you able to help here?

Thank you for your guidance. I have now stuck in the last step of the tutorial. I am hereby attaching the snapshot of what I get. I am trying to do this on Amazon Ec2 instance.
Command is:

When i started the tutorial , I could see the key exchange algorithm "p521_kyber1024", but now I dont see this algorithm with entry port 6162.

The port numbers are not stable, and change with each release. Check the documentation on https://test.openquantumsafe.org/ for the latest port numbers. You'll probably want to switch to a p521_mlkem1024 key exchange as well.
