Help on update of libssh

Hello, I see that libssh is archived, but I wanted to use it for a project in my PhD, so I thought I would give it a shot.

I was able to rebase the fork onto version 0.10.0 of the original repo (which was enough for me), and I'm now trying to update the version of liboqs.

From my understanding, there are some scripts to generate the code to update the lib inside oqs-template. I run the generation based on the generate.yml on the openssh fork.

Any help or direction would be appreciated <3.
