Quantum Safe VPN

Hello Team,
I am working on my thesis project and want to design and test a quantum safe virtual private network. I checked the OQS repositories but facing challenges on doing the implementation work. Server is created on Ubuntu machine 22.04 and client is Windows PC.
Furthermore, I created a simple VPN and now want to implement quantum safe on it to prove that its Quantum safe VPN.

Please someone guide and help me out so I can follow the right track/path in order to complete my thesis project.
