I'm Daud Razzaq, a Full Stack Developer and AI Engineer who just joined OpenSauced but I'm not sure how to use the platform effectively. I'm comfortable with GitHub and have experience with React Native, Python, and AI/ML development, but I need guidance on what OpenSauced actually does, how to get started after creating my account, and what the best practices are for using this platform. I'm particularly interested in contributing to open source projects related to education and AI, but I don't know how to find suitable projects or connect with other contributors through OpenSauced.
