GitHub has a new feature of form-based issues.

(though the YAML format for template looks more like EEE , though it is easier to parse, I guess GitLab may have issues with support of it)

There is no AFAIK, but you can try to figure out from the example. We still need issuer, form-based issues don't lift all the issues.

What is templater?

Mistyped, of course issuer. But it got broken somewhen, currently have no time to fix that.
