[Feature Request] Define retention rate based on a Note value

I am learning Traditional characters for Cantonese, and I have a frequency ranking of those characters from Words.hk.
I have added the frequency ranking to my Hanzi Notes.
I would like to learn more common characters with a higher retention rate than less common ones.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do that. I recommend making two decks, like Common Hanzi and Rare Hanzi, splitting your notes between those two decks, and making two separate presets for them.
